Students’ Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC)

Maa Janki Devi Mahavidyalaya is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent environment for all its students. To address and resolve student grievances effectively, the institution has established the Students’ Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) as per the UGC guidelines.

Objectives of SGRC

• To address and resolve grievances of students promptly and fairly.
• To create a supportive and respectful educational environment.
• To ensure compliance with UGC norms related to grievance redressal.

Scope of the Committee

The SGRC addresses grievances related to:

1. Academic matters, including evaluation and assessment.
2. Admission processes and eligibility issues.
3. Infrastructure and facilities.
4. Financial matters, such as fees or scholarships.
5. Harassment, including discrimination or bullying.
